This dilapidated tug boat belonged to a company that went bankrupt. There was a protracted battle between bank and owners lasting years. The poor tugboat was abandoned at its moorings and sits forlorn and listless in more ways than one No idea what these buildings are – but I have “ doctored” the scene to make it look more romantic and rustic .
